Positive outcome on injunctive relief hearings at SF Superior Court

January 2, 2014 update: Great news! Judge Karnow denies ACCJC’s motions to stall or stop CCSF proponents, *partially* grants City Attorney’s request for injunction. Also Judge Karnow grants City Attorney’s motion to prevent CCSF’s disaccreditation pending outcome of litigation. Details will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages as they develop.
