No need for a Special Trustee: Sign the petition to restore our Board

Did you know that the Special Trustee With Extraordinary Powers (yes, that really is his official title) at City College of San Francisco is retiring? But State Chancellor Brice Harris intends to appoint yet another STWEP later this month, even though he has admitted in court documents that he would not have appointed the STWEP and displaced San Francisco’s elected Board if he had not been given false assurances by the accreditors that doing so would stop them from disaccrediting CCSF. And since that time, California Superior Court Judge Curtis Karnow has found that the Accreditation Commission for Community and Junior Colleges broke the law during its review of CCSF.
