This Friday: hold ACCJC accountable in court!

Join us in court this Friday, Sept. 25 at 9am for CFT/AFT 2121 v. ACCJC

The ACCJC is attempting to avoid the consequences of their actions once again. This Friday morning we expect ACCJC lawyers to argue that our case with CFT against ACCJC is moot and needs to be dismissed. We will be arguing that the case against the ACCJC must move forward. The issues in CFT/AFT 2121 Vs. ACCJC are much broader than those that came up in the Herrera lawsuit. The ACCJC must be held accountable for its bungled accreditation process and the damage to our City College! Please join us this Friday. The hearing may be short so come on time.

CFT/AFT 2121 v. ACCJC
Friday, Sept. 25th at 9am
California State Superior Court, room 304
100 McAllister Street, San Francisco
