At last, our Board of Trustees now officially have their full powers! We sent a strong message to Chancellor Lamb on FLEX day about the importance of our contract, now we need to send the same message to the Board.
Attend the Board of Trustees meeting on Ocean Campus in MUB 140 at on January 28th in your AFT 2121 t-shirt. We plan to pack the room so come a few minutes before the meeting starts at 4:00 pm. If you are able to do so please join student leaders, our union leaders, and your co-workers in making a public comment to the board. Tell our decision makers why they must prioritize setting a fair faculty contract.
