But here is a copy of a smoking gun document presented to our union that clearly shows the administration is negotiating from a position planning for a 26% “alignment” cut in the college over the next several years. You can’t have it both ways, Chancellor Lamb: You can’t say one thing to the newspaper and another to the union bargaining team, and then have the gumption to call our bad faith bargaining charge bogus and the planned one-day strike illegal.
