Don’t forget! Free City needs your help tomorrow, 12:30pm

Update! One of CCSF’s most famous alumn, Danny Glover, will be joining us tomorrow to kick off our caroling! Join us at 12:30pm to practice with him!

San Franciscans overwhelming passed Prop W to fund the Free City College initiative. Now, Mayor Ed Lee and some members of the Board of Supervisors have been talking about NOT making Free City College happen, despite being supported by the voters last month. Join us tomorrow and tell Supes to keep their promise to make Free City Real by Fall 2017!

TomorrowDecember 13th at City Hall
Holiday caroling in Supervisors’ offices, 12:30-2pm(meet at South Light Court to practice songs at 12:30pm)
Attend the Supervisors’ meeting, 2:00-3:30pm(room 250)

You can join us for any portion of these times to help show how much this matters! Can’t attend tomorrow and still want to help? Here’s two things you can do instead:

  • Take 30 seconds to send Supes a letter
  • Make a short 30 second video answering this question: Why do you believe in making City College FREE for San Franciscans again? Tag Mayor Edwin M. Lee (type “@MayorEdLee “) and include the hash tags #FreeCity #KeepYourPromise
After years of struggle City College of San Francisco is still open and still accredited. We need your help to rebuild CCSF and continue the fight to ensure it remains the College that San Francisco deserves and that we can meet all of our City’s educational needs!.
