The CCSF District has presented its final Sunshine Document to our CCSF Board of Trustees. And this week our bargaining team is kicking off the contract campaign.

Your AFT 2121 bargaining team will present our initial bargaining platform, AKA our AFT 2121 Sunshine Document, at the CCSF Board of Trustees meeting and they need our support. So, come out and stand in unity with your colleagues. Wear an AFT 2121 button or t-shirt. Grab an AFT 2121 balloon. Sing a song with us about educational quality. Or make a public comment about one of the issues in our Sunshine Document.

We’re spreading the word about the action by phone banking at the AFT 2121 office (311 Miramar at Ocean) from 3-6pm today, Tuesday 10/24 and tomorrow, Wednesday 10/25. Contact organizer Athena Waid, 406-531-0503 or awaid@aft2121.org or just stop by to help.

We need to begin from a place of strength to win our contract campaign. Let’s show the Board and the District we’re ready to show up and stand up for the contract gains we need to protect the quality of education at our College.
