Now that we’ve made City College FREE for San Franciscans it’s time to grow and rebuild our CCSF not shrink it! Class cuts at CCSF insert immediate and lasting chaos, damage, and doubt into our students’ educational futures and growth—and our college and communities suffer. AFT 2121 is calling for a moratorium on class cuts at our City College for the Fall 2017 Semester.
Premature closures needlessly deny student access to CCSF and cause employment and income loss to faculty. If the District is really committed to rebuilding enrollment, then cutting the college makes no sense.

You can help!
Tell Chancellor Lamb: stop the downsizing, support student access to education:
- Please fill out the “Don’t Cancel our Future” postcard and drop it by her office at the CCSF Ocean Campus (Conlan Hall room #200).
- Attend the CCSF Board of Trustees meeting and make a public comment to the CCSF Board of Trustees telling them to stop class cancellations (board meetings are held every fourth Thursday on the CCSF Ocean Campus in the Multi-use Building room #140).
- Stay informed about this. Please follow AFT 2121 on Facebook or email organizer Athena Waid (MinervaAW@gmail.com) and she will put you on our email list.
