We need your help

With less than a week before a historic election which will determine the future of San Francisco, we are reaching out because we need your help. The mayoral race is tight and on Tuesday, June 5, voters will very likely select who will lead our city for the next 10 years. AFT 2121 endorsed two of City College’s greatest champions Jane Kim and Mark Leno. Jane Kim helped our Union win Free City and Mark Leno helped our Union and CFT win stabilization funding for our CCSF during the accreditation crisis.

In this ranked-choice election, we need to ensure — for our students, our college, our city — that Kim and Leno finish in 1st and 2nd place (any order). We also need to get voters to the polls.

At this critical point of the campaign, we need you. Volunteers will make the difference phone banking, door knocking, helping with data entry, and holding signs everywhere in the city.

Your help can absolutely determine the outcome of this election. If you have any free time before the election, we urge you to volunteer below with either campaign.

RSVP to join the Jane Kim for Mayor campaign to join the resistance and ensure the people’s voice will determine the future of San Francisco.

RSVP to join the Mark Leno for Mayor campaign and we address the affordability crisis and make sure San Francisco retains its vibrancy.

Volunteers are needed all over the city, so campaigns will assign you to areas most convenient for you. Questions may be directed to our AFT office 415.585.2112 or Alan D’Souza (adsouza@aft2121.org)
