Join us as we hear from candidates for the City College Board of Trustees running for office in the November 2020 election. New candidates are Aliyah Cristi and Anita Martinez. Incumbents Tom Temprano and Shanell Williams have asked our union for consideration. As faculty and students fight to save our college, it is critical that we endorse accountable leaders. All AFT 2121 members may vote at our COPE meetings. We only consider candidates who have asked for our endorsement, and completed our questionnaire.

Candidate statements will be recorded and made available for members to listen to up until June 30th. Because of the special importance of this endorsement, members can vote electronically throughout the month of June. Links to cast a vote and view the recorded statements will be sent out to members following the COPE Meeting. We will announce our endorsements on July 1, 2020.

(6/3) Workers First Caravan | Bay Area Labor Councils
