FLEX Credit for Required Trainings
Coming from our mid-semester FLEX, this is just a reminder to all faculty that all required trainings qualify for FLEX credit, such as the Workplace Violence training many of us completed recently. You can receive independent flex credit by submitting the training through the Vision Resource Center found in our MyCCSF Resources Portal, as we do with other independent professional development. For full-time faculty, five hours of flex activity are required per flex day, which is 10 hours of independent flex per academic year.
Join the Resistance Protests at Tesla
Across the country, union members are leading the charge to fight illegal firing of federal employees, reductions of essential services and violations of the law. Join your fellow unionists on Saturday, March 8 as we come together to fight back against Musk and Trump’s attacks on democracy and log another chapter in the #TeslaTakedown. Meet at noon outside the Tesla dealership at 999 Van Ness Ave and be ready to make some noise.
